Health & Safety Policy
The Health, Safety and Welfare of staff is of prime importance to ClubTurf and is essential to the efficient operation of our activities.
The responsibility for safety at work rests upon all sectors of management and ClubTurf will ensure that this policy is pursued through the Company. ClubTurf will take all reasonably practicable precautions to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare at work of our staff and any visitors.
We will comply fully at all times with all statutory regulations relating to our activities.
We will at all times maintain our premises, our sites and our equipment to the highest practical health and safety standards and provide a safe working environment by the design, construction, operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
We will ensure that there is consultation between management and staff representatives. We will make such tests, examinations, samples and records as are necessary to monitor the working environment and the results will be made known to the staff.
ClubTurf expects staff to conform to this policy and to comply with the relevant sections of the "Health & Safety at Work Act" and to exercise all reasonable care for their own Health and Safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
The responsibility for the Health, Safety and Welfare of ClubTurf and its staff is vested in the Directors.
ClubTurf gives full backing to this Policy, and to the Management Representative, whose function it is to monitor and operate the Policy, and will support all those who endeavour to carry it out. We will continually improve our Health and Safety performance.
